IMS is currently accepting new patients. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. During your office visit, a special effort is made to explain everything to you regarding your condition, medications, treatment, etc.

Reminder: Bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment and whenever your coverage changes.

Contacting Your Physician:
If you have a non-emergent medical problem and call during office hours, a nurse will try to assist you and answer your questions. Please remember that your physician’s entire time is fully scheduled during office hours and their nurses are assisting patients who have scheduled appointments that day.

Please be patient as the nurse will return phone messages as soon as possible. If the schedule for the day is full, your call may be returned within 24 hours. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
